Hey guys, I've been looking at the Ryzen 7 5800X for a while now and checked it out on Amazon, eBay and etech devices and the prices are actually pretty different on each one. Like eBay has some used ones for cheaper but I'm not sure if I should trust those listings.

I mostly just play Fortnite and some open world games so I don't need anything crazy. Just wanna know if this CPU is still a good buy in 2026 or if I should save up a bit more for something better.
Anyone here upgraded to Ryzen 7 5800X chip recently? Did you actually notice a big difference in games? Would love to know before I spend my money. Thanks!
